Cooking Methods
1. The Low-and-Slow Juicy Roast (Best for Slicing)
If you want to cut the slab into thick, tender, juicy roast pork portions, cooking it at a moderate temperature ensures the internal fat renders beautifully without tightening the meat fibers.
2. Pot-Braising (Best for Fall-off-the-Bone / Pulled Pork)
If you want the 1kg collar to become so soft that it shreds effortlessly with a fork, you want to cook it using a wet braise inside a heavy pot or Dutch oven.
3. The Constant-Heat Air Fryer Roast (For a Quick Sunday Roast)
Because a 1kg collar slab is relatively compact, an air fryer can roast it evenly while creating an excellent all-around browned exterior.

Keep Frozen below -18°C

Fresh frozen, just as good as fresh. Good for stew with ginger, sesame oil n mushroom, make a very delicious dish.
Tasty Food Affair has been my go to for juicy steaks and ground beef. However, recently, I find the striploin steak fat cap a little thick, and the ground beef quite a lot of fats.
Good
Bought 3kg of this to prepare a pork stew for Chinese New Year. It was very delicious and well received. The pork was tender with the right amount of fats. I'll buy them next to make pork steaks.
