When do my Fresh Coins appear in my account? Coins are credited the moment your order is marked delivered. You'll see them in your account dashboard and receive an email confirmation.

Do Fresh Coins expire? Coins expire after 12 months of account inactivity. As long as you place at least one order each year, your balance stays intact.

Can I use Fresh Coins together with a promotion or discount code? You can redeem Fresh Coins on any order, including those with active promotions. 

Can I transfer coins to another account? Coins are tied to your account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

What if I cancel an order after earning coins on it? Coins from a cancelled or refunded order are removed from your balance automatically.
