Shipping policy

Order Processing and Shipping:

  • All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days of receipt.
  • We ship our perishable frozen products using our logistics fleet in refrigerated trucks to ensure timely delivery and to maintain high quality.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges will be calculated based on the dollar value of the receipt.
  • We offer free delivery above $65.00 spent, in a single receipt. 
  • $8.00 delivery charge for orders below $65.00. 

Delivery Times:

  • You can select your desired shipping date using our calender at checkout.
  • Shipping time will be between 11am - 6pm. Should you require a better range of delivery timing, please contact our Customer Service via Whatsapp at 6481 8009.

Shipping to Remote Areas:

  • We may be unable to ship to remote or rural areas. Please contact us to confirm if delivery is available to your location.

Packaging and Handling:

  • Our frozen products are carefully packaged with insulation to maintain their quality during transit.
  • Upon receipt, please transfer the products to your freezer immediately.

Damaged or Missing Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our customer service team within 12 hours of delivery with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will investigate the matter and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Delivery Delays:

  • We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to resolve any delivery problems promptly.
