My order #85053 was delivered on 22 January with a wrong item. I ordered 1 x mid-joint wings but received 1 x 3-joint-wings instead. To make things easier on both sides, I chose to accept the wrong item and wrote to your Customer Service Department informing them about this and that I should receive a small refund on my Order since the mid-joint wings cost more than the 3-joint wings. But till this date I have not received any refund. Only a Whatsapp message on 4 February that it will be looked into. I am disappointed with the attitude of Tasty Food Affair. I can forgo the refund since it is a negligible amount but what I am expecting is an apology of sending me the wrong item. Perhaps Tasty Food Affair is not interested in my Orders. I can always order my meat products elsewhere.
The pork ribs tasted superb good when i cooked soup with them. Meaty and not a trace of frozen smell in them. Will order again soon.
