Grass-fed ribeye from New Zealand: leaner than Australian grain-fed, but the rib section still carries enough marbling to make this a properly indulgent steak. The eye of the rib eye is surrounded by the spinalis muscle — the buttery, intensely flavoured cap that ribeye fanatics fight over.

Sourced from year-round pasture-raised NZ herds with hormone-free, antibiotic-free protocols. Cleaner
flavour profile than grain-fed, with the rib's natural fat doing the work.
