Nam Yu Crispy Pork Belly — Cantonese fermented red bean curd marinated pork belly, par-cooked and ready to crisp into the iconic 南乳炸肉 (Nam Yu Zha Rou) every Cantonese kitchen knows.
Nam yu is the Cantonese fermented bean curd that gives this dish its characteristic deep red colour and umami-savoury depth. Marinated in our facility and pre-cooked so you only need to crisp the skin in an air fryer or oven.
