The most tender strip of the chicken breast, marinated and ready for your air fryer.
Each chicken has two small fillets tucked under the breast. They’re lean, even in size and quick to cook, so they suit gym meal prep, desk lunches and weeknight dinners. We marinate and tumble ours in-house in small batches, so every bite is flavourful and tender. How? That part stays in our kitchen. About 25g protein per 125g serving. One 250g pack makes two servings.
Why This Cut?
• Naturally tender - It’s the small strip under the breast and is widely described as its most tender part.
• Lean - Raw, it has about 22–23 g protein and 1.3–1.6 g fat per 100 g.
• Protein-dense - About 85% of calories come from protein by our calculation. A pack gives roughly 50 g protein, or about 25 g per serving.
How To Serve?
- Smokey BBQ rice bowl with corn and pickled cucumber.
- Cajun wrap with lime yoghurt.
- Cajun fillets sliced over greens.
- Two or three fillets threaded on skewers for kids or parties.
- Batch-cook for the week (chilled up to 3 days, reheat 2 minutes in the air fryer).
