We followed instructions and air fryer the smokey

We followed instructions and air fryer the smokey bbq pork collar for 6 mins, turning over at 3 mins and at 180 deg. Turned out dry and tough. Salty . Marinade was also poor tasting. Definitely will not buy this again.
