Juicy patties

This minced beef has been my go to whenever I'm in need to make beef patties. It has the right amount of fats to meat. However, I feel there's a fair bit of tough tendons mixed in. It would have been nice without that.

I've bought this twice to make burger patties. They are delicious with the right amount of fats to make the patties juicy.

You can find cheaper Grass-fed mince in SG, but none that tastes better. The texture for this mince is perfect for burgers or any mince dish. My current lazy carnivore favourite is browned, seasoned with celtic salt and a tbsp of grass fed butter.
