Cooking Methods
1. The Heavy Cast-Iron Griddle or Skillet (The Best Indoor Method)
A heavy cast-iron pan or griddle behaves exactly like a Japanese tabletop shichirin grill plate. It holds an immense amount of residual heat, ensuring the meat sears instantly upon contact rather than steaming.
2. High-Heat Outdoor Charcoal Grilling (The Authentic Yakiniku Style)
If you are cooking over open charcoal, you want a roaring hot fire where you can only safely hold your hand over the grates for about two seconds.
3. High-Velocity Convection Air Frying (The Quick 5-Minute Batch)
While pan-searing is the gold standard for individual slices, the air fryer is highly efficient if you want to cook a larger batch of yakiniku for a quick rice bowl topping.
Storage Method
Keep Frozen below -18°C
Delivery Method
Delivered with our trusty fleet of refrigerated trucks. Arrives Cold, Always.

Tried this for the first time. The marinade was tasty but a little salty although it says sweet soy. Had it on the grill and it was tasty.
Well marinated . Just defrost completely then put in airfryer at 170-180C for 12-15 mins n its good to consume. My son loves it n most important save my time of marinating .
