FAQ

1) Are the prices stated excluding GST?

  •  We do not charge GST. All the prices stated are nett.

 

 

2) What are your delivery charges?

  • Free delivery for orders from $100.00 and above. 
  • For orders below $100.00, a delivery fee of $20 will be added to the total bill.
  • For deliveries on Sunday, the eve of Public Holiday and on Public Holiday there will be an additional charge of $35.00.

 

 

3) Are you not able to delivery to any location?

  • We do not deliver to or any offshore island (except Sentosa).

 

4) Do you provide exact timing delivery (±15min)? 

  • We provide a specific time delivery with an additional charge of $35.00. Do drop us a text/whatsapp upon ordering.

 

5) Can I last minute walk-in and buy any items?

  • To ensure that our customers get to enjoy only the best quality of our product, we do not keep ready stock for all our marinated items. Hence, please ensure that you place your order in advance.

 

 

6) Where do I collect my orders?

  • You can do a self-collection at our office. However, you can opt for a delivery service from us if you spend above $100.00. Do remember to order at least 3 days in advance as we do not entertain walk-in.

 

 

7) Can I ask someone else to collect on my behalf?

  • Yes, you may ask someone else to collect on your behalf. Please ensure the authorised person knows your order ID, name and contact number for verification purposes. 

 

 

8) Can I remove/exchange food items during collection/delivery?

  • Unfortunately, you will not be able to remove or exchange food items during collection/delivery. 

 

 

9) If you are not present to receive your delivery: 

  • The delivery man will attempt to wait up to 10mins for the recipient to turn up.
  • Subsequently, a re-delivery with a surcharge of $25.00 will be incurred. The return trip will usually be scheduled on the last trip after completing all other deliveries. To arrange for a redelivery. Customers need to call us at 8298 8025 to arrange for a redelivery. The re-delivery fee will be paid directly to the driver in cash.
  • If prior instructions have been given by customers to leave the items at doorstep/function room/BBQ pit, we will proceed to do so and take a picture as proof of delivery. For any unattended orders left at the doorstep, Tasty Food Affair shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages of the purchase. We encourage all customers to be present at the time of delivery.

10) Can I change my delivery location at the last minute?

  • Please call our customer service officer at 82988025 at least 24 hours before the actual delivery date to request for a change.

 

 

11) I did not receive what I ordered. What should I do?

  • Please call us at 8298 8025 if you receive incorrect items or missing items within 1 hour of receiving items from our driver.
  • For self-collection order, please check and ensure all items are correct before leaving our store. 

 

 

12) How many days before do I need to place my order? 

  • To ensure maximum freshness of our product, we will only process orders upon confirmation. Kindly place your order at least 3 days in advance.

 

 

 13) Can I do a cancellation after placing my order?

    • You can do a cancellation after placing your order. 
    • If cancellation is done on the 7th day or less than 7 days, before delivery date = No refund.
    • If cancellation is done more than 8 days in advance, before delivery date = 50% refund.
